Het fonds gaat namens beleggers investeren in Nederlands (verhuurd) vastgoed. De belegger stort geld en in ruil krijgt de belegger een obligatie zodat er elke maand een gegarandeerd rendement wordt uitgekeerd. Dit is een mooi alternatief voor een spaarrekening en niet zo bewegelijk als beleggen in aandelen.
